Man is a town in southern Logan County at the mouth of Buffalo Creek. It is the main trailhead town for the Rockhouse system of the Hatfield-McCoy Trails, one of the largest in the network. The Buffalo Creek flood of 1972, which killed 125 people, occurred in the hollow above town and is marked by a memorial.
