The Hatfield-McCoy Trails are a network of more than 1,000 miles of off-highway vehicle trails across southern West Virginia, spread over separate systems in Logan, Mingo, Boone, Wyoming, McDowell, Mercer and Wayne counties. Riding requires a permit, and street-legal side-by-sides and ATVs may use posted town streets in designated trail towns such as Gilbert, Man, Matewan and Pineville.
